4. Security and Retention

Maroga retains your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing services and products. Your name, company name, billing address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, VAT number, telephone number, and email are processed for invoices and financial administration. Your payment details are processed through Stripe and are not visible. Your data remains protected there. Data under Maroga's management is deleted, following the tax authorities' guidelines, after 5 years.

5. Research and Privacy

Maroga has no interest in your personal data other than the necessity for payment processing, invoicing, orders, quote requests, and further correspondence between Maroga and the customer. When Maroga conducts research on its customer base, this is actively communicated to the customer, and consent is sought for participation in a specific study. All data obtained during the research is anonymized. Research may include, for example:

- The region you come from combined with your age

- The type of service or order that has been placed by region combined with your age.

6. Maroga & Third Parties
